☁ General Terms ☁

• I will receive 100% of the cost before making the commission.• Each commission will take at least 10 days to complete, the estimated time is from 10 days to 1 month. If you need it done sooner, you will have to pay an additional early completion fee.• I do not accept refunds once the commission has been completed. In case I am the one who cancel the comm due to personal reason, you will receive a 100% refund.• Your commission defaults to personal non-commercial use meaning you cannot make money from it unless you order a commercial use commisson.• I, the artist, retain all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the buyer, meaning I have the right to post it publicly on my account for promotional purposes or as portfolio, but I still respect if clients want to keep it private, with a privacy fee of $10 per commission). However, I do not have the right to resell it or reuse it for personal or commercial projects.• Clients have the right to post commissioned artwork on their site, but are not allowed to make edits to the artwork. Clients also have the right to use commission artwork for personal purposes as discussed.

☁ Work Process ☁

• To order commission, please dm me via Twitter (X) @iamkimnari• Please describe your requirements in detail, including poses, outfits, number of characters per artwork, number of artworks, background (if any), etc. with reference images attached. If you want to draw a chibi exactly like a real photo, please send that photo to me to see if I can draw it or not. Also, please specify your deadline.• I will quote you a price based on your request. If you accept the price that I offer, you will pay that amount to me via PayPal within 48 hours.• After confirming payment, I will proceed to make the sketch and send it to you within 1 week after the payment date.
We will disscuss to adjust the sketch (layout, pose, outfit,...)
After the client confirms, I will proceed with coloring and completing the commission.• I will send the completed version to the client and make adjustments as requested (at this stage, you can only request adjustments to minor details that can be edited).• After everything is completed, I will send the jpg file (with a white or requested background) and png file (transparent background) to your email, with the artwork size being 3000x3000px, 300dpi.
